Barbecued Chicken Wings

Chicken wings

3 tsp paprika
Salt and 2 tsp ground black pepper

8 oz tomato ketchup (a mug full)
3 oz honey (about 4 tbsp).
1 tbsp crushed garlic
6 tbsp white wine vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Tabasco
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 bay leaf

Sprinkle chicken wings with 2 tsp paprika salt and the black pepper, pour over a little oil to coat the wings well and cook for 15 minutes.

Mix together the other ingredients, bring to the boil in a pan and brush over the wings both sides. Cook for 15 minutes, brush again and then repeat until the wings have been cooked for an hour.

This is for oven cooking, probably on a barbecue it wouldn’t take so long
